  12. PLEASE HELP!

  14. I've been working on this for WEEKS!  When I try to upgrade
  15. my 3.0 rev. PageStream the Installer comes back with "Sorry!" -
  16. supposedly I don't have the right Patch files!  
  17.  
  18. I have ALL the archives for upgrading first to rev. F then G
  19. then H and I!

  29. (I downloaded the "I" Patches directly from Softlogik since they 
  30. didn't appear on Aminet)

  32. There seems to be a problem with the "lhex" program not really unpacking
  33. archives into RAM:.  The installer script LOOKS good but lhex doesn't
  34. get the unpacked file from the archive to RAM:.  I noticed that lhex
  35. only seems to work when in RAM: also!  (The installer script does put
  36. it there first though). When the script tries to check the size of the
  37. pagestream.pch file (to see which rev. patch is being used) it doesn't
  38. find it in RAM: and bombs out.

  40. I'm using an A2500 with WB3.1.  I have MuFS installed but connected a 
  41. virgin hard drive to the system and booted from my WB3.1 install disks
  42. just to make sure it wasn't something with the software setup.

  44. I called Softlogik but they haven't heard of anyone having this
  45. problem.

  47. Can anyone help?!!  I realize Softlogik will be distributing rev. I
  48. on disk this week and that PGS 3.1 will be done "soon" but I'd like
  49. to uncover the problem with my system if there is one.
